Mr. Budney was very helpful. He was able to get a short term private mortgage to allow me to finish the upgrades to my apartment building. Now that the upgrades are done the building appraised significantly higher and Mr. Budney has arranged for a new first mortgage with the bank to payout the old first mortgage and the second and allowed me to take out enough equity to the down payment to buy another building.
